Delivery & Cost - All products will be shipped as soon as possible subject to credit clearance and availability of stock.
United States: 5-12 working days
Rest of the World via airmail: 7-19 working days
Returns - Returns are allowed for a period of 1 week after shipping of your order. For your protection, we recommend that you ship your return with insurance, available from the Post Office, which will enable you to make a claim should the goods be lost or delayed in the mail. Ladybug Lingerie will not accept responsibility for any goods until we receive them.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days without giving a reason. The 7 working days start from the day after you receive the goods. If you do exercise the right to cancel, we will refund your money within 30 days of the cancellation. Items returned for exchange will be dispatched via USPS.
Products must be returned within 14 days after shipment. After this, it is at our discretion.
Customs and duty - Please note that all shipments to the UK and Rest of World destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
